I mean think really hard about this. If uneducated people are told that some witches are the literal cause of everything bad and that people would go out killing them to make shit better. Chances are those people would be happy...
that "yayaya" really elevates the entire song. it gives it a very nice, almost primal feel. great voice, great choreo and goddamn apashe your songs are indeed fires fit for witches

I’ve never seen such a strong opening to a music video. The initial bass juxtaposing the doom of seeing someone about to be burned really solidified the strength of the song and the video as a whole

This sounds so similar to "Stress (Live Version)" from Justice and its excellent. Apashe is creating the style of electronic music that I always wanted and never found in the past more than in a very few artists.

Alright, just finished it and this is my takeaway:
That was odd, but in a way you really REALLY enjoyed. I'm an English speaker but the story telling and visuals was so blatant and raw that I could immediately pick up on it. Burning three "witches" at the stake the authority figures leave and one by one they drop dead, until a witch takes the Inquisitor away to the future to show him that despite his murders, these are the daughters of the witches he couldn't burn. This is the future that he cannot stop, the visualization of disturbing imagery of the contortionist then the impossible ladder of people to me represents generations of witches while also giving the feeling of them creating things that shouldn't be possible. They show him his future, his struggles that he'll never win. That indeed witches will always win, and at the end they condemn him to the same fate they condemned their great-great-great-great grandmothers to. E
I love it, even though historically only a small amount of women were murdered for accusations of being a witch (which I condemn) it's still a visceral and enjoyable video and I give it a solid 10/10.

@@AdrianSupProduction Apashe and his creative team are a huge reason I've gotten into animation. Storytelling in any form is easy, good storytelling is hard in any form. It's cool Apashe liked my comment, but his music and visuals alone are enough of a dopamine hit for me without the appreciation. I just hope he and his team know they are loved, appreciated, and have accomplished stirring up emotions and imagination in their fans.
The Apashe Team is a group of visionaries, and it's apparent in every video they release.

The more and more I listen & watch this, the better it gets (and it was already fantastic on 1st view !!). The visuals and 'dark' tone are so good, and , of course, Alina Pash is just phenomenal, not just her singing, but her acting and intensity. I'm 1/4 Ukrainian but only speak a few words and phrases, so I can by no means follow the story *just* from the lyrics, but as Diabolical Debacle
said, the video and music together, they tell you the story. It's just so damn awesome !

The best way is to live in Ukraine for some time and immerse yourself into the language and culture. Maybe you can teach French while you’re there
John is from Brussels and I can hear the French style hiphop inspiration in his work that flows over to Wallonia and Brussels. Or maybe he left Belgium earlier than that and the Quebec/Montreal scene also takes over from French hiphop instead of American but I'm not familiar enough with the history of Canadian culture by province to know if that is the source of his hiphop style among his many inspirations.
There are so many ukrainians at France. Just find one of them. He-he. Also, as ukrainian i can recommend you some old ukrainian folk group VV (vopli vidoplyasova), who are infected by French culture. Check their clip VV - Vesna (ВВ - Весна)
