Parallel shifting of vector A and vector B in.... parallelogram law of vector addition main tail to tail join karna hota hai becuz we have to find resultant..and find angle alpha with respect to vector A from common intersection where we have to join the vectors tail to tail and one more thing when we have to find angle theta between any two vectors we have to join them tail to tail!!
