China central government is doing everything they can to look after its citizens. China’s getting stronger so 100 years humiliation won’t happen again, yet to achieve its goals which they did to elevated poverty of its people, other countries don’t give a damn to their hungry people. When China was developing and flooding was abundant,China built dams to control floods plus supplies green energy which the west had been pointing finger to China not doing enough. Just leave China alone. They know how to handle natural disasters which others don’t help anyways.
