Love the porch. Yes I decorate for all Seasons. A word of advice; cut your shrubs back to about 1 foot from the ground they will grow back and look much pretter. I have the same shrubs and cut them back about every 3 years, have lived in my house 53 years.

I think you are such an inspiration, your daughter is adorable, your husband is precious, and I am SO happy to see you are feeling better and getting to enjoy your passion and passing it along to us. I love your porch, and your neighbors are blessed to have such beautiful surroundings. God bless.

Don't listen to people about the flowers. I do fake ones, too. I can't be out in the heat (trust me, heat stroke is no fun) due to a medical condition, so taking care of flowers is not going to happen. They have flowers that look so real these days, most people won't even notice! :) I liked these ideas, they turned out nice.

Yes, I decorate for the 4th and every holiday, as well. You really went to a lot of work and it shows so well! Love the fire cracker display, its great!
Looks so nice! Love the bunting. Glad you got more ! Adding some greens to your flowers in the flower boxes would help to fill them out.

I had to laugh when you talked about flowers! When we bought our first house, the 2 windows on the front of the little 2 bedroom home, had flower boxes. When I told the sellers that I couldn't keep flowers alive, the wife said she always put fake flowers in the boxes! From the street no one could tell anyway.
I decorate a tiered tray because I live with my adult daughter and family. She doesn't like a bunch of decorations so I just do my room.

I am not a flower person either. They are pretty but I don't want to have to take care of them either. When we were dating and money was tight, I told my husband not to buy me flowers. They are too expensive and I really don't like them. I will occasionally decorate with them but they are not my preference. Thought I would let you know you are not alone! Your porch looks so nice and your daughter is too cute! Thanks for sharing!

I'm so with you on the NO flowers. I absolutely cannot keep any alive 😮😂😂😂. I kill everyone I have ever had. I don't like the smell of them either. So I do the fake ones too.

Do you have a video how you have firecrackers? Can you use cardboard to make the firecrackers? If you can make them out of cardboard would you make them out an box or a cereal boxes?
She showed how to make them in her last video.
I made those in my last video linked in the description box. You probably could make them out of cardboard but I wanted these outside so I had to make sure they'd be durable. But for something indoors, it would be good!
@@craftswithashdiydecor5589 what would the measurements be if i made them out of cardboard would it be better to make them out of box or cereal box i am new to all this crafting and my 9 year old grandson and my 7 year old granddaughter wants to make a few for their pouch.
Girl we soul sisters I can’t keep plants alive so I use fake flowers so I don’t kill them I tell my husband the same. My son gave my roses for Mother’s Day and they’re still on my dining table cuz I don’t have the heart to throw them out
