My last 2 items that I sold with fulfillment by AutoDS resulted in errors and I had to cancel both orders. One was from Amazon and one was from Walmart and auto ds did not purchase them items within the 48 hour maximum and didn’t ship it on time for my eBay handling time. Ever since these two orders it really made my store take a hit with slower sales. I like auto ds to list but I don’t trust them anymore to fulfill my orders. Do you have all your suppliers automated or do you or your VAs fulfill the orders?

Their customer support has been atrocious for me and very hard to reach tickets also take longer than 24 hours to get to and when trying to fix an active order these times are unacceptable. I’m fairly new to dropshipping and have learned everything from Paul’s videos. Their errors really impacted my growing store. I’m definitely learning the hiccups but sometimes get more confused 🤷🏽♀️
@@amberseeling6145 yeah the customer service has been pretty bad. It takes longer than 24 hours and the replies are detailed enough to lead to a resolve. So there’s always going back and forth. It is totally unacceptable. I’m been selling online since 2012 and have used so many softwares. This one has been the most challenging for sure.
@@amberseeling6145 At what revenue per month are you? I started ebay dropshipping in hope to have a decent income. I crossed 30.000 Dollars a month revenue. I'm going to be honest. This whole thing is a scam. Once your store gets big you will get sued. I got sued twice for using the images of the supplier on Amazon. The guy I paid for finding me products is a very big freelancer with 1000's of 5 stars reviews on fiverr. And after i got sued he doesn't give a ****. That's all I'm going to say. Always start something legit and never steal any images from competitors. On ebay the risk is insanely high compared to shopify. And still I will never use others content ever again. If you really want to sell on ebay then do wholesale dropshipping but still risky you don't know where they got there images from. If you have 1000s of products how can you have a low risk business with using other peoples images. It is not possible.
Paul, May I ask which package you are subscribed to for Zik Analytics? They offer "Pro", "Pro+", and "Enterprise". I don't want to subscribe to say the Pro package and then find out I really should have bought Pro+ or Enterprise.

Hi. I found your videos very helpful. My ebay account is below standard now and will also be evaluated below standard. The transaction defects are 2 months old. I requested many times but they are not allowing the system to remove defects. I am really worried about it. Can you please tell me that 2 months old defects could be removed or not. I have promptly refunded the buyers. I am a new ebayer. I need your help in removing defects please.

Customers don't care about the packaging. And we have a way to convert tracking numbers into useable ones

For Zik just use the basic plan for now. For autoDS, you need to use the first first plan that's not the import plan
