ok just to clarify, the original song is from a rom hack of earthbound made by toby fox, which is why the title is for earthbound. the pictures of chara is because the song seems more fitting for them.

Y'know, people DO that so others don't get confused, especially how Zedd put Chara in the video. EVEN THOUGH they said it's an EarthBound remix. In reality, people usually associate Undertale with MSB, or more specifcally Chara with MSB, partially because 1. They saw a *certain* Chara fan made fight that played MSB with absolutely no proof to it being EarthBound, especially when it gives credit. For proof of this, go to czcams.com/video/786bb0vGdJM/video.html. 2. Saw the fandom or other idiots/confused people claiming it to be Chara's theme, and/or 3. Found that MSB suits Chara very well.
Parts of the song sound like the sans fight battle in genocide run of undertale but this original song was from earthbound. Toby probably just took parts from both undertale and earthbound and made a song with both melodies on them. Then people made remixes of them. It doesn’t really matter where it came from.
