probably sharp keyframe movements?
As someone who works with blender, I believe the animator likely used constant interpolation for each keyframe. Constant interpolation essentially causes whatever your animating to hold its pose until the next keyframe.
@@sethnowac8564 I'm wondering that might be it, but when I slow it down the animation it kinda looks like maybe the movement happens within 2 frames. Or just the motion blur makes it looks like it. I dunno.
