For an intense look, swipe ‘Indigo’ across the lash line and blend with your finger. For a gradient look, layer ‘Turquoise’ slightly above ‘Indigo’ and blend with your finger. Apply ‘Pearl’ all over the lid and blend to diffuse for a soft blue look.
