Marlo always plays the old fashioned gender roles card and it's annoying. It's 2022 already. I'm sick of the whole "he's a man so he can't say anything bad to a woman". He's not like being aggressive or trying to instigate something like say Peter did to Kandi in the sleepover. Todd is very soft spoken even with his arguments. Marlo just wants to adhere to old social norms as long as they benefit her. Like when she tried to embarrass Kandi by insinuating she was paying for boytoys a while back. "I've always been taught a man is to provide..." like shut up you just wanna justify being a sugar baby yourself. There's nothing wrong with that but don't drag other women down who work for their money in a different fashion. It's tiring. She's so bad at defending herself. She doesn't even cast shade she just sputters out the lowest hanging fruit to piss off anyone who critiques her. She needs some lessons from Kenya on how to properly read someone.
