I'm not sure how many checks are done. In the UK, I could walk into a pharmacy and pay for a 'flu shot. I don't recall them asking for ID or anything, so I guess I could go to another pharmacy and pay for another shot. Maybe it's the same with covid in Germany? Though, still, I'm pretty sure all the pharmacies in my town would start to recognise me if I was getting ten vaccinations a week.

After the days when vaccines were scarce and you had to register for them in central locations in German towns, local doctors gave the shots. So if you went to a lot of doctors, it would take a while before your health insurance became aware of this - Germany is not the most digitally savvy country, and the bureaucracy was not expecting over-vaccination to be a problem. Still, this case is an embarrassment for the health authorities.

Doctors here in Australia would not allow someone to get vaccinations within the appropriate time frame. You definitely wouldn't be getting two, one in each arm at the same appointment. So my question is, how did he access this many vaccinations and why did the doctors allow it?

I'm pretty sure I could walk into any pharmacy in the UK and buy a 'flu shot without any real checks, so I guess it's the same for covid in Germany.

A young Italian woman was accidently given a Covid-19 vaccine batch by a nurse that should have been divided (into 6 shots?). She became critically ill and it took her many months to recover. I think that she still has side-effects from the overdose.

In the beginning, there were vaccination centers put up all over the place to be able to keep up with the high demand. Later on, you'd go either to one of the centers that were still around or got the shot from your GP just as with any other ordinary vaccine. (For certain vaccines, such as those for tropical diseases, the doctor needs a special license, I think, but that doesn't apply for the COVID vaccine.)

It doesn't really prove anything. I once swallowed more than 1000 mg of methadone+a lot of Valium and half a bottle of vodka, because I wanted to die. I woke up in the hospital completely sound except for severe constipation. That was probably because I have very strong lungs. A person with average lungs will usually die from 300 mg methadone alone. Similar with vaccination.
