Street Demons Briar costs 1350 RP, and can be purchased from the League of Legends store.

I bought this skin because of the unique audio sound the W makes and the different transformations styles with W in the chromas. I think Riot did a great job with this release skin!

personally i just hate the vfx colors together (orange red blue) and the skin line concept is meh, i really like briar and im sure she will be popular with good skins in the future
