  • Hey there! I know many of us encounter one or more of these five bad habits at some point in our learning process! Did you know about these bad habits? Take a look with me, and let’s find a solution to them. I am very sure if we stop doing them, we can improve our table tennis game!
If you encounter any other bad habits, leave them in the comments section, and we will find the solution for them.
The bad habits I talked about in this video are:
    1) Not moving your feet
    2) Standing Upright
    3) Not Watching the Ball
    4) Ball Placement
    5) No Change in the Speed
To know the solutions and things that can improve these bad habits, take a look at my video, and of course, if you have other solutions that have worked for you, I would like to know them as well!
If you like this video, share it with other players, friends, and family so they can improve their table tennis skills as well! Don’t forget to SUBSCRIBE to my channel. I will be uploading a lot of content that you will surely like.

If you have kids and you would like them to start on the journey of table tennis or if you would like to donate a book to Spin&Learn students, my best resource is “Yasi The Champion” it is my first book and where I share my story of how I started to play table tennis. I use it to inspire others.

My left to right movement/ footwork is good, but I struggle moving in and out... Is there any good drill to practice that?

play everything to the backhand of your sparring partner, spin with forehand close to the table, spin with forehand far from the table, spin with backhand in backhand corner far from the table and lastly spin with backhand close to the table. You can do one or two strokes before moving to the next place. And when you finished the square you just start over, make sure the blocker blocks a little harder when you go a little further from the table.
