Try as many as varieties of vegetable poriyals of Tamil Nadu.... I’ve tried 25 varieties of poriyal on my sister’s birthday special in my home. My mom almost made all possible poriyals, Kootu, aviyal etc... please try that, it could encouraging for kids. Because most of the I know don’t know the taste of some vegetables, they simply reject or neglect those vegetables just by its colour and look.... please try it....

As a suggestion, instead of water you should either drink milk or watermelon juice to cool down. And next time, maybe use goat meat instead of chicken because it can maintain its flavour. 👍
