My Semi-submersible City Design

This is the design of my underwater or semi-submersible city-state for Atheist asylum in the Atlantic ocean.
The diameter of my underwater city is about one kilometer.
The dome above the water is about five hundred meters tall.
The underwater section goes down about five hundred meters.
I designed it using Punch! ViaCAD 2D/3D v12, www.punchcad.com/ .
