- Meet MUPPET, a sweet little Cavapoo that hurt herself one day jumping up on the bed. Since then, she could not jump up without yelping in pain. Not sure what else to do, her owner called the Animal Cracker and we got to work!

The leading organization, in my opinion, that has Veterinarians and Chiropractors that become Animal Chiropractors is the Animal Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA) They have a website with a "Find a Doctor" tab/database: www.animalchiropractic.org
This a good resource for all that are looking for a well trained doctor near them.

Little miss Muppet, what a sweetheart! Her shake outs are amazing, starting at her gorgeous head and traveling down to her fluffy tail. It was so good seeing her get more playful and actually jumping up on the seat. Another job well done, Doctor Doug!
The sweetest! Thank you!
Saving dogs from surgery ❤
😄
What a smart baby😂 She has the most expressive eyes❤❤
Yes!
Little Moppet was nervous about your touching her, Doc, but that percussion adjuster made her calm right down every time. She really seemed to like the way that felt along her spine.
She was, but it worked out!
Dr Willen, Corinne and Muppet were made for each other. Muppet is beautiful, her big eyes are stunning, she loves to jump and play. That was funny 😄 Dr Doug when she moved away from you to the other side of the couch. She loved that tapping instrument, you were so gentle with her and awesome 👏. Your magic hands saves people and animals from pain and give them relief from the pain right away 🙏. Have a nice week doc, even if you use technical words, you’re always on point with your explanations.
Hi Emma, thank you! They are such a pair!!
During the session when she was in her arms I observed her eyes and how they changed from a slight worrying, a little scared and then surprise 😲 in her eyes, and she turns her head to look at that strange clicking thing that eats her discomfort by every click lol and how pretty and cute she was once she found her vitality and could jump on the sofa the look in her eyes is absolute happiness and gratitude
Haha, these emojis are spot on!
Love how she drops the ball after fetching it.
A lovely dog and so happy that she can jump again thanks to her 'mum' and Dr. Doug.
You are so kind, thanks!
Perfection..
Glad you think so!
Muppet is adorable! She has the most expressive eyes and you can read what she is thinking! From wait, what are you doing back there to do we have to do this again? You seem like a nice guy and all but what are you doing? She felt so much better that she chased and played fetch with her Mommy. It looks like this sweet dog is back to her normal tricks!
Yes, thanks Jana! Glad she is feeling better!
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen Thanks to your healing hands!

Oh Muppet, is so cute. I’m glad Dr Doug helped fix her misalignments. I have 2 dogs. One is a pure bred King Charles Cavalier Ruby 8yrs old she has severe hip problems and the other is Charlie he’s an 11yr old Cavoodle, who still loves his toys 🧸 and is still like a puppy 🐶. ❤
Oh how cute! Thanks for watching!

Cute baby! Love her!
So cute!!
I’ve watched quite a few of your video’s now and it’s amazing to see an animal chiropractor. I truly hope this is the start of a more widespread profession. I live in France and they don’t have anything like this here.. There is such a need for it! ❤
Beautiful dog getting Dr Doug's magic touch 🎉

Hi Beth! She did smile indeed, but not at me! She gave me the side 👀! She did smile to the ball though! Thanks for watching this one Beth …You are the best.☺️
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen I thought it was funny when her mom wanted her to jump on the couch and she got as far away from you as she could lol😄.I think she loved you because she did give you a good slobbery kiss. 😚❤🐶🐕. Those are the best kisses.

Awww thank you so much Emily!
Let us know if you ever plan to do a West Coast Animal Cracker tour. My cats would love it and me too!
Maybe one day!!
I thought she was Cavalier King Charles although I saw something was different on her about her snout. Then I heard Cavapoo... I googled and I saw the breed also known as Cavapoodle.... I have never seen before this shift... She is lovely🥰 Dr. Miracles 💖
Very unique dog! Thanks!
Awwww Muppet is adorable. I’m so glad she’s better! ❤❤❤Ball looks a little small, could get lodged in trachea 😮 not judging just a thought
So ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Beautiful Muppet!!!!! I Thank you Dr.Doug❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Brilliant. Where an injury can stop you in your tracks and non invasive chiropractic treatment can fix it. Tell me more about muscle memory though. When having a recent injury, after chiropractic adjusting, is muscle memory a pseudo injury or is muscle memory something that happens as a result of the injury occurring, like a stretched muscle, and a risk of re-injury could happen?
I'm not discounting the treatments, but couldn't some of the initial 'good results' also be attributed to higher adrenaline?
That is a fair comment and observation. I think the 1 week follow up shows that the treatment has worked long term which would surpass the initial adrenaline :0)
Her yelping in pain vs no longer yelping in pain, I don't see how adrenaline is a factor...
Muppet really is a shaker isn't she ?!! Great work to get her jumping up again , she must have felt great !
A shaker! That was amazing! automatically one or two adjustments followed one or two or three shakes 😅 thanks Elaine.
Sweet ❤
❤️
Way to go team
Hi Circle! So glad you could watch this one, what a cute little one! Thanks for sharing.
❤
Awww 🙏🏻❤️
8:02 her eyes ❤❤❤❤
Awww 🙏🏻
One of my childhood dogs was a pure bread cocker spaniel. She was the run so she never did get very big. This dog has a similar coat in the black and white. Her name was Polly. She was probably the sweetest most well behaved dog. At least until she got really old. At that point she was basically borderline def and blind. Could see and hear a little bit but not very well. Not to mention she eventually had very little to no teeth at that point. We just lost her a couple years ago. Lived a long time and lived like a princess. I will never forget her
OMG! That‘s so awesome and a little sad as well! I thank you for sharing the story of your dog with us.
Are Cavalier Spaniels the same as King Charles Spaniels? Thank you, Doc for another fantastic procedure 💞 .... Those magic hands 🙌
Muppet is a doll. She speaks with those beautiful eyes.
A big 🤗 &😘 from me to her❣️ 🐾
I think they’re called Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, yes.
@@bethhentges Thank you, Beth❣️ Have a wonderwoofful day 😆 🐾
P.S. King Charles never looked so good!! Hehehe
The Cavalier King Charles is taller and heavier than the King Charles Spaniel. Muppet didn’t seem to appreciate the magic hands at a few adjustments 😁 thanks for your hug and kiss!
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen Thx 4 info Doc. I saw alot of resemblance in Muppet & our family dog. Brothers raised him (Cocker & Springer Spaniel). "Pal" lived almost to be 21!! (Mom's good cooking & he loved raw veggies & was fed horsemeat first 2 yrs). Mom also gave him scraps of raw lamb. Good hunter too.
Slowly, arthritis made him not walk. Had to put him down, unfortunately. Otherwise, very healthy. They make great dogs❣️ Thank you for reminding me of those memories, Doc. Don't feel too bad that Muppet gave you 'that look' over her shoulder during adjustment. She soon forgot it bc you made her able to jump again. That's so rewarding. Like I said, she spoke thru her eyes during and after. Be reassured, you are well loved by ALL the animals, believe me. A bit of pain is always to their gain,
Dr. Magic Hands 🙌 💞 🐾 p.s. sorry for length 😔
I love your comment that is all so interesting! So sorry for your dog, it looks like he was really good taken cared of.🙏🏻
🙏🏻💕
Hi Red! 👍🏼🙏🏻
Those ears😮
Haha!
Mvp of this video? Dude chillin in th back taking a nap. Hahaha
11:32 is that the sound of someone breathing??? I thought it was the dog sleeping but then it didn’t seem right, I’ve gone back and found it started here while she’s awake.
that is a very cute girl, and all fixed..yea!!
She is indeed very cute! I love her face.
Why do dogs shake after the adjustment? Because it feels good?
Because through the adjustment their parasympathetic nervous system is taking in charge and the dog is switching into the mode rest and digest. It’s integrating the adjustment and relaxes while shaking. Horses lick and chew and sometimes shake too. Thanks Burger for your interest.
@@AnimalCrackerDrDougWillen Thanks Doc for the knowledge! What is the human equivalent? Do we just talk about it? Or is there a similar involuntary bodily response, like a rush of endorphins perhaps?
With humans you have so many reactions, laughing, giggling, shouting, crying, deep breathing, talking, or silence.
Dang so you crack humans AND animals? You got the whole world population covered 😂
So who's dawg?
I noticed a body lying on another table.
👍🌈💜🇺🇸
Hi Diane, nice to see you here today! Thanks for watching this one, I appreciate that.🙏🏻
Im surprised that the dog even let's that tapper near her back. I wonder how my dog would react to that being she's very sensitive and blind.
