Great ideas! I have never ever put flour on my pizza pan before spreading out the dough. Looks like it will be a game changer for me. Oil makes it hard to get it to stay at the edges, but that's all I've ever seen. I think my next pulled pork sandwich will be open faced like yours. I don't add stuff to it, just the barbecue sauce.
