Ridge never stood a chance against Bill and he never will as we finally got too see a half year later after that although we knew that all along the show just has to drag things on so much that its just dreadful.
Ridge is just not a fighter as Bill and Victor are. They are alpha males in terms of toughness and ruthlessness - but never underestimate Ridge as a ladies man. He would take whoever women Bill and Victor have in a second.
Now that I remember there was a time when Ridge and Victor had a face-off (never escalated to a fight, fortunately though) back in 1999.

When Brooke and Bill had been great in their relationship , they definitely had better chemistry than Brooke and Ridge. So , did Eric , Thorn , Whip , Victor Newman who had seriously hot chemistry with Brooke even if it was their slightly flirting to just triggered Ridge that had definitely gotten Ridge riled up passionately in jealousy despite him being with Taylor who was his current woman yet sadly he has his beloved Nikki at home and Nick who all had better chemistry with Brooke! LOL, Victor would have been perfect for Brooke and serious ruthless business man rival against Forrester family along with him doing serious damage to Forrester Creation by given Brooke her own company where she would had took her Believe that she owns away from Forrester Creation and their financial profits from Brooke's Believe. Victor is not man to mess around with nor man who would standby and allowed Forrester to walk all over Brooke without ruthless vengeance destruction paybacks. Victor could definitely had gone toe to toe with deceased Stephanie in ruthlessness department. Closes that B & B character has in similarities to Victor Newman is Bill Spencer.
