We would recommend you to get in touch with hindware customer care. if a demo was not done by hindware technician , ask them to do a demo for the same. May be you are doing it wrong as it is highly unlikely to a fault to occur this soon. How to use autoclean function
hi, as you can see on panel there is auto clean button. just power off the chimney and keep auto clean touches for 3-5 seconds. it would start blinking and show a countdown timer and make some noise.
