Ahsoka and Ezra's Reunion | Star Wars Ahsoka Episode 7 | Disney+ - Krátké a kreslené filmy
If people think Ezra should be serious, then they haven’t watched a single episode of rebels 😂 this is Ezra in spades man
Ezra pulling a palps. "I dont need a lightsaber"
Agreed this is definitely Ezra reactions and attitude
Ezra is a little scary when he’s serious, like walking people off a cliff to their death serious.
Is that why he’s still acts like a cartoon?
Ezra is awesome and he'll get the lightsaber
The "We could talk, don't you want us as prisoners?" moment. This guy is Ezra.
It's totally spot on Ezra from Rebels
@@PB-sk9jn Jabba, Brom Titus, my Uncle the Emperor, etc. Didn't he do Lando at one point?
He did do Lando Calrissian
@@forcesmuggler7667When he met Hondo & I believe when he was being interrogated by Gar Saxon.
It's also extra funny because escape artist describes Ezra perfectly. He literally turned escapes into an art form.
The fact I have seen some people claim "Ezra isn't portrayed correctly"... You couldn't GET any better. He is nailing it.
People will whine about anything.
Ezra still got his mannerisms
Yeah I don't get that critism. Out of the entire cast I feel like they nailed Ezra the most. Genuinely perfect
I would say he's portrayed "decently". His mannerisms and voice aren't quite how they are in Rebels, and him being older and living in isolation isn't an excuse.
@@danieljansson7163 It would help if you actually paid attention to the show before criticizing it. Ezra hasn't seen a lightsaber in 10 years, while Sabine has been training with it much more recently; who do you think is better at using it in battle? Sabine has also faced Shin twice before, so she is better equipped to duel her than Ezra anyway. Ezra did use a blaster when he needed to. Thrawn didn't WANT to find Ezra. Plus, as we saw in this episode in which you paid no attention to, the Noti are nomadic. Even if Thrawn did find Ezra, they'd simply relocate over and over again. Thrawn only used resources to find Ezra when he needed to buy time for the Chimaera to get ready, which, he also conveniently stated in this episode.
Oh my gosh, the actor who is portraying Ezra is absolutely nailing his mannerisms and overall personality! The banter between him and Sabine is also spot on!
Agreed
However it's a shame MinaMassud wasn't cast as Ezra. He has more charisma
@@umacalopsitaeumviolaoEman Esfandi has more charisma who looks and sounds more like Ezra than Mena will ever do

Agree and he looks almost like an ancient prince here

This guy is nailing his portrayal of Ezra
The only way it could have been more on point:
"Don't you know who I am? I'm Jabba the Hutt!"
When he said that my Grievous activated and i said "Ah yes, The Negotiator"
I would agree with Ezra shin is too hot to fight with
Why is Ezra being Palpatine's nephew better than Rey being his granddaughter? @@agent5556
That was awesome in that scene
I love how despite living as a hermit among natives in an unknown galaxy learning new force powers, Ezra still regains his roguish personality from his days of thieving.
Hondo would be proud.

If you look closely, you can see the plasma of Shin’s lightsaber reacting to Ezra’s force push. Awesome little detail.
I wonder if he was pushing that section of the blade towards her? It’s interesting to see more manipulation of the blade itself.
Yeah I noticed small details like that make it even more perfect
This happened in The Rise of Skywalker too when Rey fights Kylo on the Death Star wreckage
That whole distraction was such an Ezra thing to do 😅
Causing distractions and small parts of chaos is his specialty
Chancellor Palpatine....distracting sith is my specialty. @@Arvyn992
Gotta love how hilarious it is for Sabine trying to give Ezra the lightsaber back because not only is he more skilled with it, but she hasn’t kept up with her training at all
Which she didn't admit to him.
She implied she'd been trained by Ahsoka, and Ezra hasn't touched a lightsaber in 10 years and learned to make do without using the force.
Hard to say he's more skilled with it- man hasn't touched a lightsaber in a decade! Yeah, he *was* better than Sabine has ever gotten, once upon a time, but that was a long time ago.
So how is it "hilarious"? I mean she is right, he is more skilled, if anything it would actually make sense. But his reason for not taking it also makes sense. So I don't get the "hilarity" of the situation.
Wrong figure of speech.
And he still ends up taking a blaster
I think Ezra has kind of evolved beyond the need for a lightsaber. He feels like an adaptation of the old EU pacifist Jedi who eschewed the use of a lightsaber and just kinda hoped everything turned out okay.
Ezra was the strongest person in this fight. At first I wanted him to take his lightsaber but when he said “The Force is my ally” I was like “okay fine”, and he did great. That’s true maturity as a Jedi and within the Force. Kanan would be proud
Ahsoka is far stronger
ezra did nothing, his only attack is a really small force push and then eventually he just gives up on it and has to use a blaster even though he said the force was all he needed. he seemed pathetic in this fight, give him a lightsaber.
@@arobin6695 you don’t “give up” on the Force. It’s more than just an push attack, it engulfs everything you do, all the decisions you make in a battle. The fact that Ezra used a blaster on one guy is just where the Force led him to at that specific moment. You want him to be using huge force blasts to throw people across a field but remember a Jedi must have restraint. Rewatch Lair of Grievous where Kit Fisto says that to his old apprentice
@@otwnsnd he only used it for small weak force pushes and then he gave up on it (stopped using it cause it was too weak) and switched to using a blaster instead, he should have just started with the blaster.
If he took his lightsaber he would completely overshadow Sabine and that would be a very big "No,no" in today's world.
I am LOVING Ezra in this. Perfect casting. He feels exactly like himself but better.
he feels like ezra from rebels, i just wish he wasnt so weak
@@arobin6695weak? Just because he isn’t fighting with a lightsaber I wouldn’t call him “weak”, he held his own pretty damn well.
@@arobin6695 He looks weak because he has passed 10 years without training. He can get back to it.
@@arobin6695what are you on about “weak”?
I want to see him confront Thrawn and tell him "let my people go"
Notice Ezra refused a lightsaber or blaster when fighting the raiders and simply knocks then unconscious , but doesn't hesitate to take a stormtroopers rifle and kill them.
suggests that Ezra still values life as shown with this connection to the living force in Rebels, and knows that these stormtroopers are already dead.
Or maybe he just dislikes the empire a lot more than "petty" raiders
I dont think they are dead. It moreso has to do with the fact that the night troopers are way more dangerous than some raiders. And they were outnumbered even more.
They are not dead lol
Seeing all the Rebels characters in live action after years (in their timeline) feels almost like seeing an old friend and seeing how much he's changed and grown.
I'm still hoping we see kallus. I miss those godly side chops
I love that Ezra and Sabine's combat development went in opposite directions. Sabine learned to wield every weapon known to Mandalorians and even the blade of a Jedi despite not being able to use Force Powers, whereas Ezra, in complete contrast, developed on Force Powers and unarmed.
I also like how Ezra has found his own way of how to be a jedi. Remember how Baylan berates Ahsoka with the line "it didn't have to come to this, but you know no other way". Ezra has litteraly found this alternative way. Instead of trying to serve justice with lightsaber combat as Ahsoka does, or trying to re-create the jedi order as Luke does, Ezra simply relies on the force without gadgets and act purely defensive.
@@staffan- He followed Yoda's teachings "The Force is used for Knowledge and Defence... NEVER for Attack"
Even when he shot the Storm/Night Troopers, he mostly hit non-vital areas and most likely just knocked them out, he was simply defending himself
Ezra has become the Jedi Shaolin.
@@deinonychus1948 Oh yeah, though up to the final battle on Lothal during Rebels, he was still aiming for center mass as I recall. Usually going for kill shots.
So yeah, would make sense that, even when he somehow is a Jedi who uses a blaster more than a lightsaber at this point, he still follows the teaching to disable when possible
Hah, Sabine has weak force sensitivity, but she has enough to be able to specialize in sword combat, and Erza is going full Force Warrior.
Ezra's fighting style is awesome, he hasn't had a lightsaber in 10 years so he's learned to fight unarmed but with the Force to empower his strikes. He's become capable of fighting only with the Force and is basically the Jedi version of what Sidious believed all Sith should be.
The lightsaber became a crutch for 99% of Jedi before the fall with only Anakin, Obi-wan and Ahsoka (that I can remember) displaying the ability to fight a person with a lightsaber while unarmed.
Honestly his new fighting style could easily bump Ezra into the running of one of my favorite Jedi and I hope that he develops an all new form of lightsaber combat which truly combines the Force, the body and the lightsaber.
Dude any Jedi can fight unarmed. It's called martial arts my guy lmao. Stop coming up with random theories based on nothing lol. He simply dodges and uses force push. Nothing else is going on lmao.
Jedi are Force Powered Samurai. But Ezra is coming off more of a Forced Powered Monk
@@tyler-hp7oqThat's not what he's saying. He's saying that Ezra is basically using the Force to increase the strength of his strikes whilst also incorperating telekinesis into the mix to throw his opponents off balance.
@@ultrashadow9551 Yes and every Jedi can do that. All Jedi use the force to increase their physical abilities. You think they jump 30ft in the air and run super fast naturally.
The actor felt like Ezra very much. I've been watching Rebels since 2014, he had it down. The scenes he was in made me feel like watching Rebels again especially when saying take us prisoners scene. The body language and movements and how he said it was spot on haha

Seeing Ezra and Sabine fighting together again just brings me joy ( I teared a little but it was worth it )

ye man missed the first lightsaber it was so unique
Love how at the start of rebels he loves lightsabers but now he doesn't desire anymore
I absolutely love how Ezra refused a weapon at first and just went bare handed. We so often equate Jedi to being just their lightsabers, that seeing him kick ass with the force and his bare hands is a treat. Hope we see him do more of this in any future installments
I think Kanan would be proud of Ezra in this fight. Also I just love their sibling attitude over who gets the lightsaber.
Ezra’s actor portrayed the character perfectly by being comedic!
Chopper is gonna straight kill Ezra the second he sees him.
He’ll give Ezra a few zaps just to make up for lost time.
Was expecting Chopper to mutilate Ezra but instead he wanted a hug and purred
Okay has anyone noticed that Sabine is fighting better now! Like she is in balance?
I mean she seems more focused, and in more control over what she’s doing.
Finding and reuniting with Ezra definitely put her mind at ease for the time being.
@@zara6854 thank you, I appreciate you for understanding this point of view! Was afraid people would hate on me for that comment!😳
In a way I think they also show it with her weapons choice. Before she’d either use her blasters or her lightsaber; but after finding Ezra, this is the first time in the show that she’s using both.
My Problem with her is that she seems to forget the flamethrower quite often, and the wrist rocket would have definetely helped on that cliff
Sabine: “Take a blaster at least.”
Ezra: “Don’t need it. The Force is my ally.”
Later Ezra: “Okay, this is a lot of stormtroopers. I think I’ll take that blaster now.”
I thought the exact same watching haha
Ahsoka made her look like a child's plaything 😂😂😂

@ancalagon5156 people need to stop playing with Ahsoka bro. Like if you're gonna fight her come correct. At best she'll kill you. If worse she'll embarrass you.
I should hope so she has decades of training and experience on her.
Ahsoka didn't even bother to use her lightsabres.

This ezra trying to do Jedi Negotiation 😂😂 cause if it is then points for effort
Obi-Wan’s ghost smiled when that happened.
The back and forth between ezra and sabine was too perfect
I love the shell people. Heartbreaking for Ezra to leave them. They have so little but don't hesitate to share it with strangers from another galaxy.
Lol this is such an Ezra moment at 2:38 😂😂
This is the first time I've seen Eman Esfandi in anything, but his portrayal of Ezra is spot on
I love Ezras portrayal, I just wish he was stronger. He shouldve easily been able to take Shin.
He was playing with Shin and he got up in 3 seconds after a force push. He was not showing his full power in this episode
@@mondeepengti8733 I really hope not. What really made me think this was the difference between his force push and Ahsokas.
I don’t think Ezra was weak rusty yes but he dabbled in more force training and hand to hand combat then lightsaber combat which fair enough he has been out of commission for 10 years living with a peaceful community. Ezra definitely had more training than obi wan had as he was keeping his skills in the force honed. He did extremely well and I do think he was playing a little.
@@will8779no, he should and there is still one more rumour about his new power which will be used for one time
this is ahsoka and sabine's show, they're not gonna let ezra do anything
I love the subtle nuance of Ezra doing his Force pushes with BOTH hands, exactly like he does in the animation. Most force users do it with only one.
Little details like that let you know that they got it right with this actor.
You realize they have a director telling the actor what to do right? It doesn't mean the actor chose to. Just a part of a script
@@tfcbioshock If only that same director would do the same for Hera and Ahsoka. It's definitely the actors doing the most legwork getting into character.
We need to see so much MORE of this guy as Ezra. Perfect casting and writing to match his cartoon counterpart!
Ezra and Sabine were ambushed by bandits and Night Troopers but Ahsoka Tano has arrived to save them..
Ezra is more Ezra than animated Ezra and I never thought I'd say that
Ahsoka is a true master, not even bothering to use her lightsabers against Shin
Hearing Ezra say “The Force is my ally, that is all I will need” actually made me more emotional than it should have.
Just knowing he fully trusts the force, as Kanan did in his final days, makes me smile.
...and then he picks up a blaster and uses that instead cause his weak little force pushes werent enough
It’s not that they weren’t enough it’s just that he was being somewhat outnumbered and it’s not like he picked it up he had grabbed a trooper’s arm and made him kill his fellow trooper and then just decided to take the gun and start blasting the troopers also his force pushed weren’t weak they literally sent people flying backwards he just had control over how much force was actually put into the pushes
@@arobin6695 Temporarily. That’s the word.
It’s one thing to rely on a blaster, it’s another to beat a enemy, use his own tool, and then discard it.
I will kill to see Ezra become the main focus of a character in say a new Star Wars movie.

2:52 "Weaving around a red lightsaber doesn't make you a sith, kid...let me show you what I mean by that"
Fun fact: Ahsoka was the one who taught Ezra this fighting form. It is shown in forces of destiny.
This scene makes me laugh because Ezra fights the way I would play Jedi Academy with my family. I would often put away my lightsaber, cast force speed, and jump around their attacks and push them off cliffs to kill them. It frustrated the heck out of them but it always led to a laugh whenever they did manage to score a kill.
Ezra's been isolated for so long and yet he's still the same old rebel we all know and love. Still makes me sad how the sequel trilogy treated Luke in comparison.
All i need from Ezra now is looking at Enoch (Spelling?) Helmet and saying "never seen that one"
Spelling correct
Ezra: “I need that helmet.”
Sabine: “Ezra no.”
Ezra: “Ezra yes.”
Never in my mind, I never thought id be crushing on Ezra Bridger, yet here we are.
Apparently, he has sort of new force powers... where instead of actually punching and physically landing a blow. He uses the force to land the blow. That's what hes doing in this scene... on top of obviously stopping a lightsaber with the force, which is pretty cool.
Okay, Ezra oficially became my fav character in that series
Ezra has basically has become Aang the Last Airbender.
I always had a feeling that Star Wars Rebels was the Avatar of other Star Wars series.
And a bit like Xenoblade Chronicles 1.
I love the different interactions we see with Shin Hati against all the Jedi here. Against Sabine, it's pretty much an even match; against Ezra, he's maybe got the slight upper hand - without a lightsaber; and then there's Ahsoka, who just swats her away like Shin is just an annoying fly.

Every ounce of Star Wars drivel we’ve had to deal with in the last 5-10 years was worth it for this show alone. I mean it.
"take her, now" - runs like a maniac monkey towards her and get dismissed like a ragdoll. classic Ezra lol
Not sure how, not sure why, but like Donald Glover with Lando, Eman Esfandi has moments where he just sounds perfectly like Ezra, just, the voice, like the way he says "Hey Sabine." or Donald would say "Alright alright." I dunno if they did some vocal training for just those words or certain phrases, but it really blends them well together
Maybe those Stormtroopers aren't so dead like we thought they are, because if they were dead and were brought back to life by Nightsister Magic, wouldn't they be rising back up after being shot by a blaster or explode into a cloud of green dust?
Maybe they dont explode because of how weak they are. I mean, I would assume that it would be much harder to revive an inquisitor than a stormtropper. I'm still having them listed as dead until we really know otherwise.
2:36 just radiates peak Ezra
I love that Ezra goes from “the force is all I need” to just saying f it and uses an E11
