    Nice! Thank you! Those should last long! Additionally if you care for faster burning (morepower, thus less burning time) you may add a hole or many... these allow air through, allowing for a faster burn

    we do this a lot in africa. we use charcoal dust, water and a starch like cassava flour or livestock manure. then you mould them into round balls and let dry out in the sun.

      It smells better than cockroach guts, but cockroach guts make the briquettes much sturdier.

      late response, but I presume it's 3 cups of flour and water. the amount of flour in the video seems like 1 cup of flour and he added 1 cup of water to the flour and another cup following it

      You need more pressure to squeeze excess water out. A recycled car jack or bottle jack works well.
