I really don’t understand why, after I found a lab in the jungle for the second time and refused to buy him, but bought coke, this guy stupidly disappeared and doesn’t appear! There are quests to get citizenship and ask people at the port, they won’t let you buy a lab, but I can’t complete the quests, There are no questions about coke in the questions catalog
bro i got the same issues did you fix that ? and how to fix this shit make me very crazy bro i have 4M for nothing and Luca disappeared :(
Hey bud thanks for the videos. I have a question about Bahia De Ora. It seems i can only place 2 dealers in the district. If i hire a 3rd dealer im unable to drop packages or add him to the distributor. Has this happened to you or do you have a solution?

@@joshroberts1758 oh wow, I haven’t encountered this bug at all! Have you tried reloading the save? I’ll look around and see if I can find any bug reports and/or if the devs know about this
