i made a new accounts and was able to download apps however the updating apps problem was not resolved, and i began deleting apps and re installing however with apps like tiktok it would lead to me losing my drafts which is why i cant delete it, is there a reason this is happening?

This is because you probably tried to buy something with a credit card and It didn’t work!!!
The only way to fix the problem is to try and put a card back on your account that has money
(If you don’t know how much the thing you tried to buy cost, put like 10-100 dollars on the card and apple will take the money of (the price of the thing) )
