I think it is wrong to speculate about the value of JFS as a seperate entity just yet, since they don't really have any books, profits, or business so to say. Just assuming that the promoters have money and assets in their pockets can't be a deciding factor to invest in the stock. If it would have been any other company with empty books it wouldn't be wise to invest just yet. There business model can be very good since they have advantages but there should be some info for people to analyse that would it work or not.
