Hey Joey, they say the camera adds 10#. I think in my case it adds 10 years! I truly did not realize how much “stuff” in my lawn until I saw it on the video. Glad you had a safe trip.
Thank You Stan . You looked just fine.
God Bless Stan. Not sure but I'm going to assume you are the gentleman who gifted the tractors to Joey. He mentioned them to me about 5-6 months ago in e-mails and I told him he should see about getting them. So glad you finally convinced him to come and get them. Again, God Bless you and yours, Ken
Loved hearing that exhaust note change on that A as you drove it on the trailer! You can just hear the torque these engines produced.
Great video! Those Super A's are a nice addition and the walk through of the show was a bonus. I love a road trip to pick something up.
It was a nice trip. Trailer did excellent. Hubs never got over 115 degrees.
Awesome gifts. Thanks Stan. Amazing trip Joey. I know some of those roads you traveled. Roger got a nice tractor and I think it is awesome you gave Sammy your Super A. That restaurant in the video I saw on Small Town Big Deal. I bet the food is good there. Very nice steam and gas tractor show. Lots of different ones. Glad you got home safely. Thanks for sharing the video Joey.
Hey Bart
It was pretty good. The chicken was a little dry but they had plenty of gravy to fix that. Lol
So glad you all had a good time and a safe trip coming to Michigan, my home state. Those skis and tracks on that little G model are for snow. Welcome to Michigan.
Must be for having fun with it in the snow.
Awesome video. Covered a lot of ground on your trip. Was impressed on your securing of the tractors on the trailer. Not seen around here that much. Nice tractor show, lots to see. There was one in our area this past weekend, but the smoke was so thick from the fires, decided not to go. About a quarter mile was as far as you could see.
The new tractor will be well taken care of at your place. Good to see the ne xt generation getting involved.
Have a great weekend coming up. Blessings to all.
Thank You Jack
Please be careful with being in and around all that smoke.
Sammy might find he enjoys mowing with this setup. Those Woods belly mowers are tough, real beasts. Guess Sammy will have to build a shed now.
Interesting how God has people's paths cross.
Probably some rearranging. I’ll pull the bush hogs out and cover them.
@@Jtwes I made some tent style frames using PVC pipe for my mid mount mower, 4 ft tiller, and even the FEL, and attach brown tarps for cover. Less obnoxious looking than blue tarps.
Sir this was probably the best vidio yet! I'm 66 and love any thing with engines and wheels. .and may God bless the man who bless you with those tractors..
Thank You Roy
Allis Chalmers G with snow tracks & ski's might have been for getting lake ice? Or just getting around in the snow. Probably for harvesting blocks of ice. Did that with horses or mules back in the day. Saw big blocks of ice. Drag them to the " ice house", deliver to your "ice box". Before refrigeration was commonplace. This is why northern food & southern food are so different. Had stored ice up north.
Man Stan hooked you up. Great looking super A's. Congratulations to Sammy take good care of it. Love the videos. God bless
Thanks Nick
He did indeed.
What a generous gift from Stan, and a very touching thing to give it to Sam. I'll bet he has it for his entire life. Great video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks John
He’s been talking about it a lot.
@@Jtwes I wish one of them would have been a straight A like mine. Mine is a 1944.
I think I filmed one at the farm show.
@@Jtwes yeah I saw it
Now when Sammy is in his 50’s or 60’s the can tell his grandkids the story of how he acquired the Super A.
Boy oh boy…what a day to remember! Thanks Stan for gifting those awesome tractors to the fella’s.
Joey how great to pass that beauty on to Sammy…he sure does deserve one for putting up with you!😅.
A blessed day indeed!
He’s losing two Brothers to marriage here soon. Thought he might like a project.
Thanks Stan; helping our younger generations is such a blessing, love this channel.
Thank You Alan.
Joey
This is an outstanding video.
Daddy and I would go to the Denton NC tractor show every year. I thought that was big, the Michigan' show is huge!
I’m still a scaredy-cat when it comes to driving tractors on and backing them off trailers. You make it look so easy. Been catching up on everything all the way back to this. Work has been out the roof the last six months.
I love the super “Sammy A” wonderful filming.
Thank You sir. It is dangerous coming on and off trailers though.
man that's awesome!!!! there's some fine folks in michigan. my wife's from there. thanks to Stan and to you and everyone on the channel from Pilot Nc!! ...Zebulon really far as a zip code goes lol.
Thank You . It was a nice place to visit.
God Bless Stan for an amazing gift! Joey, so glad that you finally went and got the tractors. I'm sure that Sammy will be very happy with the Super A. That one looks as good as mine and better tires, that I paid $2500 for back in the spring. Hope to see it on the channel soon. Sorry to hear that the arms didn't fit on the 140. I didn't realize there was a difference in the 140's and Super A's. I know the arms are different on the Super A vs the Super AV's that I have. The Super AV's are much beefier. God Bless, Ken
Oh they will fit they just aren’t what comes with them.
Loved the Michigan trip video. Wow what a couple of nice gifts and great footage of so many cool antique machines! The super As are my passion right now. hope to get my sheet metal painted soon and put her in a parade. Would love to come to your plow day. Got a bunch of plow parts to sort through and assemble onto the tractor.Probably just put on the swinging drawbar for now. Thanks for the videos. Ill be watching
Thank You Jeffery Hope to see you there one day.
Thats awsome that there still great people in the world not all out for themselves. What great gifts. I know what kinda gas bill you had to get them too i pulled my gooseneck to upstate ny and back to nc to get a 300 case and a farmall cub with my 2500 gasser and coming back i could pass everything but a gas station lol.
I was able to pass them but it was only because I had a 50 gallon tank. Lol But boy when I did stop .
And the allis chalmers smaller tractor line bakc in them days was made hour from my house and the original factor is some what still there !
That's very cool and I don't think I've even gone through that tunnel with that little bit of traffic in it. My BN with a Woods mower is the best mower I've ever used and it is a fuel sipper.
I like the mower for sure but we’re going to have to put a fast hitch on it. I think I’ll keep the mower.
Congratulations Sammy ! Enjoyed watching! Thanks for carrying us along!
Thank You Bro Scott.
That's a blessing. God has put stan in you all life. Enjoyed seeing this
Thank You MH
I might just have the fast hitch you need. I got 2 with the auction 140 I bought. There was I nice pile of parts when I bought it. Cub plow, too many cultivator shanks to count, king cultivators, fertilizer/side dresser and a complete fast hitch for something... I can start emailing pictures of the stuff to Brandon if that is best way to figure it out. He got me all my engine rebuild stuff. 140 is running well!
Now that Stan is a friend! And I'm sure Sam is tickled with his super A too. I'll be looking forward to some future videos with Sam's super A in action. God bless you and the family Joey. Hope you had a safe trip home.
We did and hope to make a video soon on it.
That would be interesting too. 👍 @@Jtwes
Congrats Sammy. Great video
Thanks Nick
I’m sure it will mean more to him when he drives it more.
How lucky can you get! Lucky Dog you! God has blessed you!
I really enjoy your going through the tractor show.
I also look forward to seeing your plowing with your 140 and now I maybe see the super A working. I know you probably will have to do things to it before Sammy can put it to work.
God bless you and yours
Larry Smith
Thanks Larry
I’m going to try to give it a little shake down soon. There’s a few things that have to be addressed.
Congratulations Sammy
Wow what a deal! What a generous gift from a friend! Cant wait to see more Content with these!
Hope to do a mowing/ corn update soon.
The rust on the grill is from a front end scrape blade my has the same spot. Consider a 3 point conversion kit mine works great except for the cross bar stabilizer, it's the lowest point when cultivating.
I hope to get a fast hitch. All my equipment is fast hitch. Those 3 point hitches are nice though.
Thanks for sharing! Looks like guys got a great set of tractors! The first John Deere is a H. The Farmall H with iron wheels may have been a wartime tractor.
So that little JD that looked like a B is a H. It was tiny. Lol
Couldn't buy rubber tires during WW2. Many tractors came with steel wheels or got steel replacements during that time. Then they converted back to rubber after the war.
That makes sense.
that Oliver is almost like a Farmall in how it's designed.
It is I always wanted one but hey are rare.
Been going to Oakley since it started its definitely gotten big great video
Thanks 👍
Man mr joe this channel
Has room off from
Where we use to be with 500 of us watching u 😂 u done gone big time
On meh ant chan
I hit big time when you subscribed. Lol Thank You my friend.
Couldn't figure why you went that far for a Super A until you showed the mower! Sweet! Now you can really mow the race track! There are a couple Super A guys near me if you ever need stuff lmk.
Up there your more in Oliver county.
I enjoyed the farm show and look forward to you working on the super A. Do you know a mechanic in our area that would replace brakes on my 140 and put new tires on it? All the best from Greensboro NC..
Hey Gwayne
All I can think of is on 49 going into Roxboro and I don’t know how much he’s working anymore.
Allis Chalmers G built from 1948 to 1955 in Gadsden Alabama 10 hp engine made by continental
Turbeville Va
Got a gas tank for my 140 from Bill. Long time ago.
I gust gat a cub low boy whit the fast hitch the other day lol will be looking for a plow for it and my other cub lol and Brandon has a cuple of them Oliver’s I want to add one to my fleet one day
He has a nice Oliver super 44
That’s what fathers do
