Numan forever! What a great tour this has been. So great to see Gary going full circle back to Wembley after all this time and so many obstacles plus our lovely press finally giving him his due respect. Well done Mr Webb... 🤖 🎸 🎹 🎶

I was there and I have to be honest I was not impressed. Always questioned the logic behind staging a gig at Wembley mid way through a tour. Set list was underwhelming to say the least. Nowhere near sold out I'd say 5k attended. I saw Gary at Wembley in 1981 it was a spectacular event last night was nothing of the sort and speaking to fans outside I wasn't the only one who came away feeling short changed.
I was there too, you seem to have been at a very different concert. Not a sell out clearly, and never expected it to be, but it 2as very close. 80 % full is my guess. Everyone around me all agreed it was amazing. I have attended a gig on almost every uk tour since 81, so I do have benchmarks.
What was amazing about it? Gary seems to use the same backing for the oldies every year, I couldn't hear those powerful moog sounds last night. My benchmark is Wembley 1981 last night didnt even compare and the set list was a major turn off. I spotted Chris Payne and Russ obviously the chap who replied to my comment asked the question. Chris and Russ did one song and that was it. If fans think last night was even close to the quality of 81 then somethings gone very wrong.
