In this camera angle you can see Punk turns his back and starts heading to the back and then Seth starts flipping the bird and swearing. Punk would not have seen Seth freaking out at him. Why did Seth wait until Punk's back was turned and he was heading to the back before flippig him off??
Also Seth wasn't doing anything until one of the guys wearing a headset went near the cage and said something to Sami, which Sami then said to Seth.
