I looked at the clip where he was “teleporting” and slowed it down. All he did was cross the doorframe and delayed his repeek after he had the information needed. Idk wtf pengu thought he saw

A Rake with internet access it doesn’t matter what you see. The server icon disconnect above literally shows that lag occurred. Your argument has no validity because the game literally agrees with pengu. In the end, pengu literally carried his team, got more kills than shaiiku and won the game. The server had many ping issues. It’s not his fault is he’s calling it out. Pengu even killed Hungary by a glitch in the smoke, and even agreed with hangary that it was a glitch kill. Stop complaining from a clipped segment that doesn’t show what really happened
