To get the best start in Enshrouded you can farm legendary weapons and armor from the secret chests and use this guide to force them to respawn until you get the legendary version of the bow, two handed weapon or one handed weapon and shield that you want to get. You can also do this legendary weapon farm in high level areas to get the best weapons in Enshrouded early. While this could be considered a glitch or exploit, it is a basic mechanic for the survival game Enshrouded and their for it will probably not be patched in the future, its up to you weather or not you exploit the game in this way. You can also scrap the weapons to get unlimited runes which can be used to upgrade your weapons even further!

Wow, this blew my mind, Not the Chest, but the fact that theres salt RIGHT THERE next to your beginner base. Ive been having a hard time finding any salt below level 8-10 and here you are mining it 50 feet away from the base.

ESO, if u look for an Easter Egg already in the game, under Mistburry Catacombs u have a bandit camp for a quest, but on the mountain down right, there is a grave on the ledge, its a bit tricky to get there, but manageable. When you dig it up, it will have a gem encrusted golden chest with i think 70-80% chance to contain legendary loot.
Could you describe the location better as I didn't find it?

dont think about it just get it, so many elements of one game combined. souls like combat, with voxel open world building, its some fun man.
I was addicted to palworld, but began to realize not much to do after beating the boss towers. Then i saw this game, picked it up with some friends last night and we are HOOKED! So much fun, and the building is fantastic.
it's a super good game tbh i expect it to become a master in the genre onceit gets more polished
its much like valheim and this is not a finished game there are parts of the map that are not completed
“Easter Eggs” like this make the game enjoyable for me.

Found this out by my self, did the first tower a couple of times. It contains a golden chest and several other chests.
How does this work on a dedicated server tho. Everytime i go back to the chest its just empty
if you go a bit north of the last place you showed theres a town called Willow Crush with a tiny stone house toward the top left of the town with a silver and a gold chest in the basement that drops level 11-13 weapons and armor. you can set up your flame shroud right next to the house, just a ladder & wall climb away. But be warned it will spawn like 6 rats in the basement. if you run fast enough you can dodge em.
Does it work in multiplayer, or only in singleplayer worlds? Or can I use a singleplayer character in a multiplayer server?
doesnt work in multiplayer as i assume it would kick everyone off and much easier to do in single player but you can take your character over from single player to multiplayer server so same same.@@lovie74

A couple of questions.
1. Are there different rarity chests? I've seen glowing yellow and blues.
2. If different rarity chests exist how fast you think you can get to the chest when you make a second home base that could be 5 steps away from said chest.
Well things inside the base dont respawn so u can't be 5 feet... but ya find a gold or ornate gold chest in single player and reset it by logging out

Another thing I learned is always keep a bed in your inventory so if it gets too dark you can find a area and sleep so it goes back to morning really fast or find a enemy encampment.
If your about to die from shroud or enemies or anything backing out to main menu will send you back to your last alter (with all your stuff still in inventory).
Get double jump first before any other skills.

I got plce with gold chest and no enemies around and respawn 20 feet away. Can exit to main menu respawn and reopen. Takes awhile to get all the pieces you want. And some chests only spawn specific tables for certain armors this way. You can get whole sets if you set a cpl chests up lile this
Could also drop a flame shrine at the edge of the cliff for faster resets

There is a GOLD chest at Harvest Homestead you can farm the same way. I suppose it will give you more epic and legendary gear. I have found my legendary wand there. You can glide to Harvest Homestead from Springlands Ancient Spire, it's to the west from the Spire.
How would this work with a rented persistent server?
I don't know if this Item Glitch is still working. Though I've spent 1hr doing this and the Item lv I only get is lvl 3. I'm lv 9
Cool but seems a little OP. Couldn't they tie the chest respawns to in game playtime, like every hour or something?
I think I heard natural respawn is 5 days
Make an updated video for farming legendaries. Woodguard under the main house. You can place a flame alter at the stairs and it is 21 steps to the coffin that drops mad legendaries.
just use your extra flame alters as temp fast travels its much faster
i already got all npc's and quests but everything feels so easy, can i go mess with end game enemies on top ? and most importantly can i equip their drops ?
btw i didnt need legendary farm glitch since questline gave me that wailing blade :D, but i would like to do that when i go north if i can equip lvl 20 weps

Wizard tower to the east has two chests in it. I set down a fire there
Do this in a high level area to get max level items even if you are level 1.
Make a home base at each chest where possible(overland only)

It's alright early game, those gears are only level 3.

Yes, characters and everything theyre wearing/in their backpacks carry over from world to world.

this game is so great but the combat is pretty boring, one button for attacking is lame, really hope they can add some depth soon, this game has a lot of potential

@@HanSmellsGoodthe end of the video still shows early game items. All the way to the east on the map is a sun temple (not the haunted one) for lvl 25 legendaries. Go there, but be prepared.

Does this count as a glitch or more or less of a exploit of a broken system lol honestly loot resets should not happen after logging in and out in sp thats gonna ruin the whole point of exploring. should just have to wait the whole 2 hours for loot to respawn
It is not a Glitch, this is normal respawn time every logout
only get lvl 3 items not realy worth it unless u get legendary for the runes
By cheeseing these games ruins the point of the game, the fun. It's no wonder today's gamers get bored with video games. Then complain there's nothing to do. So cheat if you want but your only cheating yourself.
The loot level is dependent on the area, not character level. All the loot I'm getting is around level 3 and I'm level 7 and have level 11 weapons.

I love how you clickbait us with the word glitch. This game is similar to diablo 2 and 3 having a static map and being able to farm the same areas repeatedly. Your use of the word glitch implies the developers didn't intend for you to open a chest more than once lol

Nah, the games too good for that to be the case. This game will have a good following for a while not that it matters since its also singleplayer but the amount of content here on day one in the EA is great. It will only get better from here. Theres so much to do, its a very fun game to play not to mention the building, hell that alone could keep the game high on the steam charts.

... lol This isn't a glitch, you keep calling it this. It's an intended game mechanic, and this isn't even the easiest/fastest way to do it... It's very much intended that all loot/enemies etc reset each time you restart server or launch solo game.

Useless "glitch" honestly, loot level depends on the area, chests in the starting area will never give you items with a lvl higher then 3 or 5
What I learned from this: easy salt mine
it dosent work after few farms item go to shit ..real fast btw
You have a better chance beating the first boss at the elixir well and doing the same thing he respawns over n over if you restart the same way and he drops a lot of legendaries
agreed. but this spot has salt so i farm the salt and the chest if I only feel like farming one spot otehr wise i have 5 alters and i do a rotation.
Somehow the game looks bad and good at the same time... Animations are so sticky and looks like a alpha v1 debugmode or unity templates.
Graphics are nice.
RPG System looks great but bad at the same time, because legendary effects are so boring and nothing special that i have fun to farm them.

Nobody is forcing you to play this way since it is single player.
I wish streamers would focus on the actual gameplay and tips on how to best progress naturally, rather than how to exploit early access glitches as best as possible. This is just sad in my opinion.

This glitch doesn't work on dedicated servers. Only when you play singleplayer.

@@CanisoGaming This exploit is the direct result of how the core respawn mechanic works. If it did not work like this you'd run out of mats and enemies to kill. You can do a similar thing in valhiem and that was never patched for example.

If that's a glitch, there's no tip, it's only an exploit that'll get fixed anyways. Not useful.
This is not an easy fix, its integral to how the game is designed. Otherwise items would never respawn in the world and you'd run out of supplies unless you relog.
its not really fixable or at least it would be a rabbit hole into other issues that would require attention, def a useful tip and very useful regardless as its not fixed!

I’m genuinely surprised this game is becoming so popular, I played it and it felt bootleg asf, it’s beyond clunky, the lighting is terrible, the hud is terrible, the character models look stupid and small, there’s plenty of games that do what this game does better, progression is way to fast the game gives you the ability to glide and grapple hook way to soon, the building system is basic asf and voxel based, dungeons look like asset flips
