2.5r xtunt can be a good option considering you don't have many great high performance oriented 250s in the market except the ktm duke 250. Although I know we also have fz25 and pulsar n250 etc, but cmon, no other bike other than the ktm duke 250 has the level of aggression that you associate with a 250cc. I think hero has a nice opportunity to capitalise if they make the 2.5r a sharp and aggressive 250
300R is weird though, Himalayan is not recommended by me even being a RE lover myself, I'll prefer Duke 250 if service reach is good in your ar a otherwise the RTR310. Himalayan is adviced only if you've interest in that type of bikes. ( Go for Hness instead then )
Hero 160 adv is less powered than aerox 155, weighs more than aerox.....thats the honest verdict......Hero should have given it more power than Aerox 155 , weight around Aerox 155.......why does Hero always gets it wrong ? management at Hero is lacking in imagination or their expertise is simply incapable of making a more powerful and better engine than used in Aerox 155......period....and if thats the case dont hope for any success against Aerox 155 unless Hero prices it much less than Aerox 155 and I think thats the way Hero will take because thats the only way out if u lack expertise . U simply cant match japanese companies in tech.
Bhp is not everything. If the maxi scooter has good suspension, enough torque and can do some light off roading then I'd take it over the aerox. It'll be good for hilly regions especially north east States.

thats the only thing against Aerox 155 , 5.5 litre fuel tank , and if Hero follows the same xoom 160 adv is a flop
