Giving him the A gives him responsibility without shouldering the full load. You need a guy like Hughes to be able to calm the team and have that steady presence. If Millers fiery personality was captain the team would have a lot more ups and downs. Having Quinn to be there when Miller has his moments helps regulate him because he now has to keep himself in check. It’s the perfect scenario that we’ve found ourselves in
