It's a Mexican song; not Spanish.
A Diaspora is a migration of large groups of people who bring their culture with them and fuse it with the existing culture. As far as I remember from history it was the Spanish who colonized Mejico? Hence my expression.

What a delicate and stunning version of one of my favorite songs.
When I lived in Mexico for a year I heard a mariachi woman sing this song and it was absolutely beautiful she was wearing her Mariachi dress and the Mariachis were absolutely perfect and I cried the first time I heard it in this version is absolute perfection I will never forget seen her singing live and then hearing this one and hearing the beautiful voices I want to teach this to my granddaughter!❤❤❤❤❤
