I pitched Bluey's lines from The Sign down to make her sound older.

ANOTHER voice comparison!! this only has clips from the new episode, though. I've pitched these lines down by one semitone as I felt that was sufficient enough.
I heard that the sound crew had artificially pitched the child characters' voices up a notch to keep them sounding young. this has worked quite well! I didn't seem to notice too many differences, although I did pick up on how Bluey's voice seemed more pronounced in this episode.

I love her voice actor's somewhat new acting direction for some lines; these subtle intonations and inflictions change with growing older! this is why I keep going back and forth just listening to HOW she said them. it's so satisfying. "I've got a drawer!" and "this is the best day of all my life" are some of the best lines I've heard from her in the episode.
