You just used a same NAND bc your NAND was just pseudo soldered? Should I buy a NAND programmer if I use a new NAND? There is no pre-programmed NAND?

      Hello,
I used the same nand because the phone was dropped and nand was pseudo soldered. If you want to do this job and swap the nand you need a programmer and you need to be able to read the syscfg from old nand (you need the serial number, bt and wifi adress - these can be unbind, and few more things). There's no pre-programmed nand.

Nice work. Just a reflow will work?

      Thank you,
Do not try to do a reflow on NAND! Has underfill under the IC. Better to take out the NAND, measure all the pads if are ok / connected - if they are, either one of the pads were disconected form NAND or you have a bad NAND

I didn't used any programmer. NAND was ok, the problem was that client droped the phone and one pad was pseudo soldered.
