He was the student from small compound known as Ngounchung presently upgraded to EAC HQ. One of the worse road condition in Eastern area . (Tuensang Noksen road ) But inspite of this way of living condition and poor background he has achieve what he and we always want but its not the road condition but hardworks makes him achieve this hardest examination. I think if iam not mistaken, Sir Chubalemba is the 2nd successor from our eastern naga. Because 1st one is from Tsarü village who qualified IPS officer.
The IPS is the first from Nagaland I guess
Imtitushi sangtam is the first to clear the UPSC (IPS )from Eastern Nagaland. RR19 batch.
Another IFS(UPSC) is also from sangtam long years back.. RR(among the eastern)

if you get a chance to interview in UPSC make sure you’re confident but don’t be over confident. Not sure about NPSC but in UPSC interview they’re checking your personality, body language, communication etc rather than your general knowledge. They say knowledge are checked in prelims and mains so oral is where you need to show your personality. Be confident, be kind, be honest but don’t be too honest and don’t be too confident when you give your opinion. Someone also said NEVER GIVE NEUTRAL ANSWER while giving your opinion.
