Any suggestions if the remote only controls one of the puck lights? The light works when pushed on but will not turn on with the remote (the other light works fine).

Hi, Ashley. If you haven't already done so, test brand new batteries in the puck and remote. Then, move the puck to another location to ensure there isn't signal interference. The 12 volt battery of the switch unit fails after about two weeks whether or not the lights are controlled. the batteries are not cheap.
