For those asking for less trees and the classic brown tundra., this is now an option you can select in v6 with the boreal forest addon (less pines, more oaks, a green and forested tundra in summer) or the classic pines forest with less trees and the vanilla brown tundra (comparison at 15:30)

bro i got a 13900k and 4090 and they are crying over this, 17GB of the VRAM being used for the 4k version even a 4080 cant run it at max settings.

мне так тепло от того, что вы так развиваете скайрим, даете ему новый глоток воздуха в реалистичности. Я словно каждый раз появляюсь там и нахожусь будто там, в игре. Вдыхаю этот прекрасный скайримский воздух, слушаю пение сверчков и шум ветра около гор, шум воды. Насколько же я люблю скайрим.

Если модами не исправлять сюжет и многие вещи в игре, то в его красоте нет никакого смысла. Игра это не только картинка и хотелось бы чтоб об этом разработчики не забывали.

This looks great! Thank you for making an effort to put 2 version of trees! I'm a huge fan of pine trees and standard tundra like in vanilla. I'm so grateful for this, when Bethesda doesn't do their work you guys never disappoint. As soon as I finish playing LoreRim that I enjoy really alot Nolvus 6 will probably be out and fun can start all over again
Such detail and global illumination it’s surreal! Not a single instance of flickering textures or any mesh errors from what Ive seen.
Whats impresses me the most is the sheer consistency of styling all while using open cities which is known to not work with hold texture or mesh replacements.
This legit looks like Skyrim rebuilt in UE5, id need to see that mod list to confirm its actually modded. Ember XD and 8K fully tessellated plus parallax ground sticks out from the mods I use bit this looks TOO GOOD.
This isnt the old open cities mod, its a newer one.
Question is... what do you need to run this level of gameplay with? 😅

I remember playing an earlier version of nolvus a long time ago and I thought that surely skyrim surely can't look better than this, and then you go and do something like this, Vektor. I'm completely blown away, guess it's time to install skyrim again...

It will probably look about as good as Starfield. Maybe slightly higher fidelity. Star field, even though its graphics weren't the most cutting edge, was plenty good enough, and the art direction despite the games other faults was incredible.
I thought that Nolvus v5 didn't look good enough.with V6 this thought has completely disappeared,now I'm waiting for the mod list completely for V6,I really appreciate your effort.I think it should be a candidate in this year's remakes of the year list.I hope it will be released soon without any problems.Congrats.

Yes +2000 seems insufficient for the mod. Since Nolvus is a mod that directs the gameplay more, I think it is not good enough visually and that's my opinion. I don't care if you like it.So keep your opinion to yourself.
@@leftcoastfunk See Vagabond if you want to see the list who tops in the looks department. Nolvus v5 was fine, but compararively did not look good enough. V6 is surely an improvement - however I'm interested into what NPC replacements will be there.
@@Elishia14 I"ve also played Vagabond, as well as others. For me, none of them compared to Nolvus - yes even v5. I thought Vagabond was too overdone in many aspects which took away from the experience for me. No matter what other modpack I played, I continued coming back to Nolvus
@@leftcoastfunk I Agree, i played multiple Modlists and Nolvus was always the bestlooking and Stable one. Vagabond Looks nice but compared to Nolvus not such as Good. Sry if my Spelling is Bad, i'm from Germany :D
skyrim is one of those games i come back to every time iv upgraded my pc to check what i can do this time, ill be back in 6 months to this vid after getting myself a 5090 and ill try to do this aswell

Classic tundra addon will only be different in winter because ofc as it's already brown, the autumn/spring/summer version will not change

Wow, the new interiors are awesome Can't wait to explore every shop and inn. I'm a fan of more trees rather than dry tundra, though. I love that about V5.

My RTX 3060 is screaming watching this remaster. Anyway, keep up the good work! Can't wait for the next update and release.
Even my 4070 stutters a fair bit with this list on the LOW settings
@@flyingsquid6062 What CPU do you have paired with it? I don't get any stutters on a 3080 paired with a 5800x3D and 32gb RAM at 3440x1440p but I do get lower FPS in heavy areas ( although DLSS mod can fix most of those ). And this is with one below the highest preset for Nolvus 5.
@lilpain1997 I'm thinking his issue is RAM related because I have a 4070 and all I get is occasional frame drops in 4k. Not really any stutters.

A great mod for sure! Ofc i needed to customize a bit, not that i don't like the way it is but with gg's whiterun, whiterun has walls, dawn of skyrim, spaghetti cities, whiterun outskirt and market,... i had to patch it a lot and make it a bit lighter but the essence is still kept imo. Thanks for your work

I am so glad we get a classic tundra option, I need Whiteruns vast open plains or else it just doesnt feel right
I am not using ENBs because I love the vanilla look but Todd be praised I have to admit that Skyrim looks so damn good with a nice ENB, your game looks amazing!
Since Microsoft bought Bethesda I don’t play online games anymore. Skyrim is my favorite game and new mods make it interesting.
Holy crap! This looks absolutely mind-blowing! Considering this is a 2011 game! THIS is literally next-gen graphics - it could easily release as a full-fledged Remastered Version for all platforms, so a whole new generation of players could experience Skyrim! I highly doubt even The Elder Scrolls 6 will look this good!
A few thoughts/questions:
1- The load times seem incredibly fast. Did you edit them out, or is v6 that much more optimized for loading, or is your setup that crazy? If it’s the setup, what is your setup that it’s that fast to load?
2- there seems to be a lot of hitching in certain areas, particularly after you left Whiterun. Is it that this new “Ultimate” setting is just that hard to run smoothly or is this something you’re working on fixing for the release?
3- same goes for pop in. There was a good amount of tree pop in. Is this just something that’ll be ironed out when the list is done and you do final polishing?
4- The two tree options you switched back and forth between I assume will be a new choice we can make in the v6 install if we want fewer trees? If so, awesome.
You can throw a million mods at skyrim and the engine can only take so much regardless of hardware
I never have issues loading on Nolvus 5??? Initial load of the game can take a bit but after that, fast travel and going in and out of cities/homes is quick. The pop in is inevitable its an old engine.
@@lilpain1997 Yeah so on Ultra, going into a building is usually pretty quick but leaving and reloading the world can take a little longer. The point with my question was to ask Vektor, not the wider internet, about why these load times are so much faster that what we have in v5 Ultra. As for pop-in, I'm well aware how old the engine is but again I'm asking Vektor, not the wider internet, about it because this is heavier pop-in than in v5 so it's a "how polished is this currently".
11:01 I love how cozy and lived in Whiterun looks here. Really makes me want to install these mods.. if my pc would not burn down first trying to run these.

Amazing! You are truly a master of modding. To tell you the truth you and Nolvus are the only reason I still play Skyrim. Thank you. I noticed in the description you have GG's "Improved" Whiterun instead of GG's Impoverished Whiterun. I only noticed because I love that mod. God bless mate and, again, thank you.

This version of Whiterun is just... I mean, its almost magical, such an incredible work, it has a different vibe to it, the serenity it passes, the trees, plants, the flags on top connecting the houses, the comfy lightning and flowers, everything! And the best part is that there is still things that you can recognize from the original game, small details here and there, like it still IS Skyrim, but so much better, im really impressed by this, very nice. Im only just a little bit sad because of course, at this point, it is probably an spaghetti code all the way in. This is incredible but i think it would be almost unplayable for most people. I mean, forcing the engine so much like this is simply absurd, look at those textures and lightning! But it still makes me really happy seeing this game having so much effort and love being poured into it. This project deserves way more people's attention, mainly looking for its optimization and troubleshooting, it could become something truly espetacular, not that it isn't already.
Hey thanks for your feedback. FYI Nolvus has 3 variants the ultimate (the one you see in the video ofc for big gpus i'm using a rtx 3090 for info). The ultra variant, trimmed down a bit on cities and vegetation from the Ultimate (with different lods quality for gpu like 3080 to 2080ti) this is the one the majority of people will use and finally the redux for more low end gpus with ofc even less building, clutters and vegetation targeting gpus from 1080 to 2070

I stumbled upon the development of your new modlist version just a couple of days ago, but only just now read your post in your Discord channel about what you're planning to add in Nolvus v6 - The Ultimate Museum Experience. I couldn't believe my eyes! Lotd is the mod that keeps pulling me back to Skyrim, and for 6 years, I've tried to create my own mod collection with all the museum displays but always ended up quitting due to endless game crashes from my lack of modding knowledge. I've tried various ready-made modlists, but they never added even half of the displays, so I could never truly enjoy Skyrim the way I envisioned it. Reading your post, I was deeply moved, and I want to thank you and Gaetan because, for the first time, I feel hopeful that I can finally assemble my entire collection of exhibits with joy. Also, I wanted to mention, your visuals are sooooo beautiful, and I noticed you changed the characters' appearances and clothing in a similar way I did for my own mod collection, and I absolutely love it, haha. Thanks again, and I'm even thinking of financially supporting you somehow because your vision of the game is so similar to mine. Can't wait for the release!

Hey thx a lot for being a Nolvus user for so long. Yes it's an option, you have several timsestamps in the video where i show the difference between the lush boreal forest and the less lush pine forest
I personally like almost everything from Nolvus! The only thing I hope to exclude is the combat mods. I really hope there is an option for everything, except the combat.

I love that no matter how we can manage to improve the graphics in this game, there are still those ulgy looking NPCs around just to remind you who made this game, that's that Bethesda's special touch if you will, it'll always remain in the game no matter how hard you try to get rid of it

Why are the mods for Skyrim so much better than mods for any other game?
13 years of gaining collective knowledge and experience.
But to be fair Kerbal Space Program and some of Paradox Interactive games mods are barely of a lesser quality. Or mods for id Software games, they are also pretty cool. And mods for Battle of Middle Earth.

The creation kit provided by Bethesda is an extremely powerful tool for the modder, allowing them to turn Skyrim into clays for them to sculp in David statues

All of these additional meshes - building trees, city w/ no load screen. How is your FPS not tanked? Other mods must really impact performance or my ini must be crap.
This blew my mind several times, but the main thing I want to comment on is actually having multiple types of Khajiit in the world, love that. Will the more human looking Khajiit actually be playable? Also, regarding the voiced protagonist, is it just the lines in the base game, the base game plus patches for popular mods, or does it AI-generate voice for any line you select? Having an actual human voice line for every line of dialogue in every mod on the nexus would obviously be an impossible task.
