80g caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
3 large eggs (鸡蛋) ~ grade A
80g plain flour (普通面粉)
20g corn starch (玉米粉)
3 slices of roasted seaweed (海苔/紫菜)
Some chicken floss (鸡肉松)
Make 20 pieces
