I honestly think this AFO is one of my favorite villains purely based on his voice and lines.
Agreed. Joyride did an excellent job fleshing his character out throughout his showtime, and IvanMan's vocal work really underscores the teetering balance between smug villain and madman mired in grievances.
The Joyride canon tying closer the connections between Nana and All For One could be divisive for some, but to me, it feels like they've turned it into something akin to Greek myth: a story about a dysfunctional family of superhumans.

I hope we get to see Melissa more in the future, the whole being All Might's daughter opens many windows for emotional subplots with her and Midoriya.
And on a side note, Midoriya bonin' All Might's daughter seems like the most fitting revenge for everything he did to him since the start of this series. 😜

I'm wondering if this is an exclusive mix for the movie or another remix someone else did, because the violins are more pronounced than the ones in the OST version of "Above". Something similar was used in Season 2 of Joyride's show during Bakugou's speech, where "To the Next Battle" was pitched differently and came off even more dramatic as a result.

This is the only My Hero Abridged that's relevant. Honestly this stands toe-to-toe with TFS' DBZA series, and maybe even surpasses it at some points. Really I like the concept of all these different animes getting abridged, and are sort of apart of their own canon and Multiverse just like our classic mainstreams.
Dude I love Asui, Mina, and Hagakure's lines in this movie! I love this guy, or girl, or other..uh this is a good movie

Okay, so for the Third Abridged Movie, (Heroes Rising), the two kids from the film, forgot their names and is too lazy to find out, need to be Izuku's and Melissa's love children who are visiting their papa for the weekend. Hence why the son would look up to him so much while the daughter would resent him. And their names will be Toshi and Nana.
