Do you know sir we can do this load test cost effective.. if we use anchor pile more capable.. then we can only use those cross girder or.. we can only use main girder . All cost will be eliminated.
sir anchor pile ka use kya ?they are casted for temporary purpose only for this test keliye? or anything else how much depth of anchor pile karna hota hai
Yes only for temporary arrangement for load testing, as per site condition & near about 4 nos Anchor pile required for testing & 40 % Strength required of test load evry pile. Test pile Dia :- 750 mm tha & depth of test pile 21.50 MTR Anchor pile Dia - 400 mm & depth - 13 mtr. Ish prakar se Anchor pile ka Arrangement kar sakte hai..
Deer drawing mein test load already Diya hota hai diameter ke upar load nahin hota.. So please share the test load. Ush ke baad calculation kar ke batata hoon..
IS 2911 (Part 4) : 2013 Usme sab diya wa hai. But lateral test me agar 30 min maintain me 0.01mm se jyada reading aaye to 30 min aur ruke aise IS code me nahi diya hai. Baaki sab h is code me.
Design load :- 76 MT Test load :- 76 x 1.5 = 114.43 MT Per increment load applied - 20% of design load 76x20/100 :- 15.20 MT per increment So total increment required :- 114.43/15.2 = 7.5 Per pressure gauge list count - 5 kg/cm2 So 15.2 Mt ke liye required load = 114/251 0.43 MT per Kg So that 35Kg/cm2 & 15.88 MT load hoga Clear dear
