Being a great leader when playing teams that aren’t built for the playoffs-like the Leafs and Canes-is a far cry from being a great leader up against a well oiled machine like Vegas. And we are seeing the firsthand. Panthers simply lack the depth necessary to win the Cup. Their leader is frustrated as a result.

Matthew Tkachuk's mistake when he was with Calgary was when he fought JT MILLER and after that evrything went south for the Flames ask Radko Gudas when he fought JT MILLER last season and after that, the Panthers went south too. Well they are not the only guy who's team have gone south, look at the team that involves a fight with JT MILLER these season.
