5:53 Beatus Cafe: “Flipping this switch makes this part spin, and flipping this switch exhausts the smoke and coffee bean chaff. This switch is for [turning on] the gas and flipping this switch makes this part spin. After roasting, lift this lever up to discharge the coffee beans. When discharging the beans I don't want them to keep heating so I want to cool them down right away by stirring… actually this part sucks in air and makes the beans cool down.”
6:36 Beatus Cafe: “I have to do this [logging system] part in analog. Load the coffee beans [when the roaster is] at 65°C and [the computer will] plot the roasting curve. I just turned on the gas to warm it up; you can see the fire from here. And I control the pressure of the gas and make the heat higher.”
