Well, of course horror would go crazy. Poor dude was starving for 7 years and saw how his friends were going crazy, started revolution and would die by the hands of a royal guard. He saw how most of them turned into dust because of hunger. Dude has a reason for going crazy.
Though, I really prefer horror sans and Dust (Murder, that is if we use the first name). Also, for the next reaction. Murder (or Dust, doesn't really matter, because "Dust" was approved as a canon name) isn't that crazy (if he is in other AU's or timelines). He is actually pretty chill and would stay in the background, trying to return back to his timeline. He won't attack first, but would defend himself. He despises (or whatever) Killer, because Dust did it for his friends and peace, so his timeline could be freed, while Killer (as it sees Dust), did it because he gave up and joined the human. And he can't use attacks of other monsters. I'm talking about the canon version, that doesn't have comic

@@just_girl390 there is also the fact, that Dust tried EVERYTHING (but souls, he doesn't know where they are), to stop the human. Only after 300+ resets or so, he decided to do genocide. He doesn't forget timelines, he remembers them perfectly (for an idea). And, he gets better with each reset, changing his attacks into a harder pattern. Even tortures the human (player) sometimes. He would never willingly join Nightmare, even if he offers help. Nightmare can forcefully make him join, though. Another bit of information, Dust sees horror as a kindred spirit (or someone, who is similar to him - suffered from the human and something).
Also, if you heard about dustdust - the one that kills other Dust's, it's a bit true in case of canon Murder. He feels sadness or something along the lines, that someone is suffering like him. So, if he sees another dust - he would free him from this fate (he is not hunting for them. So no need to call him a stalker)
Murder does not despise Killer. He is indifferent to him. He just sees killer as another possibility and is wary of Killer’s high lv (999999).
Plus Killer did not give up. He kept on denying Chara’s deal who kept asking him for 100+ resets. It wasn’t until Player had enough and forced killer to accept Chara’s deal by changing his code.
Killer does not like Murder because Murder had a choice unlike him. Also, he doesn’t like the fact that Murder wears Papyrus’ scarf.
Killer has the power of reset so he can just bring the au back to how it was which he did in his good ending of the story. He also got rid of Chara and went into hiding because he was ashamed of what he had done and can’t bring himself to face anyone. He did what Murder wasn’t able to which is free his Au from anymore genocides.
