it honestly does not take men that long to figure out if they wanna marry a woman....we LET them string us for years & years. but if GOD is in it & he is a man of God, it DEFINITELY does not take longer than 2 years to meet, court & get married. if God informs the both of y'all "this is your spouse"- why are we waiting 2 & 3 years? lol but when God is not in it, confusion & chaos run rampant leading to 5-10 year engagements or situationships. i pray women know we deserve CERTAINTY. BUT- that we also show up AS a wife to give a man something to be certain ABOUT. every woman is not a wife just because she's a woman. that's important to know too. i pray God heals everyone who is broken so we can see more healthy MARRIAGES (before kids) in the Black community.

This is one of the most beautifully written love stories EVER… DSmoke was a stand out and I was awestruck from the first time he opened his mouth on the show. When I saw Angelina posted on his timeline (last year?) … this just made sense. This is soulmates. They are one in the same. ❤️
