I was interceding for the nation's of the world and this song just popped up in my spirit in the midst of prayers, so I had to immediately come and search for it here on you tube. Reading and understanding the lyrics brings me to tears 😭, how the father loves humans so MUCH! he did not mine to sacrifice the blood of his son for our REDEMPTION! indeed WE GIVE HIM ALL THE GLORY, coz, GREAT THINGS HE HAS DONE! ✅, All Glory to the father 🙌. I'm sitting in August 2022 beside my mom who I have been caring for bedridden and all that for 4 years. She's in her final stages, wanting to talk, but, because of her stroke unable to. As I held and massage her hand this song came forcefully up in to my spirit and ignited me.
"To God be the glory great things he hath done". Indeed he must be glorified. I was way down but my soul is stirred and and I'm strengthened to go on. Ppl everywhere let's keep praising him cause he's worthy of all praises. When we praise him, it changes the atmosphere. I'm a true testator. Bless!!

Sue Bailey , Sue, I’m so very sorry you lost your parents at such a young age. I was praying earlier this evening for a young man with CP and immediately the Lord put this song in my heart. I would sing it at my church growing up. I wondered why God would bring this song to mind after praying for a young man with CP? I listened to the words in this hymn and it answered my question. Knowing that Jesus gave His life for us and remembering that He has done great things in our lives even in times of adversity, we can trust Him knowing He will take care of us. So thankful for what Jesus has done for me and I can see that He’s been with you this whole time keeping you to Himself and watching over you. The words are very rich with God's love for us, no matter what happens to us, we have to keep praising God for our whole lifetime, be it long or short.

I love this hymn. Fanny Crosby had an amazing ability to put so much of the gospel into her hymns. Even if a person didn't open the Bible, they could hear the plan of salvation by listening to her hymns. That's why it's so important to preserve these songs (as well as enjoy the new ones, many of which also proclaim the gospel).

i love this song and it brings me some great joy and peace back into my life and after an terrible day at work and i am saved and yet it bothers me how people do not know the lord and if you do not know jesus as your lord and savior and just believe and that jesus is lord and confess it to your pastor or preacher or some one in your church and or neighbood and or friend who is an christian and or family member and remember that the bible says that if you believe in heart that jesus is lord and confess it then you shall be saved!!!!!!!! i encourage others that have no relationship with our lord and savior to believe in jesus and that he is lord and confess it in church and come to church this sunday and pray to accept jesus as your personal lord and savior and tell your pastor or preacher and or someone in church or friend and family member or some in your neck of the woods that is an christian in your subdivison or neighbood that you prayed to accept jesus as your lord and savior. i am so thankful that i am saved and others are and remember that jesus is lord and king of kings and lord of lords and that he is the only way to heaven and that we all will spend eternity somewhere one in heaven if you are an christian or in hell if you are lost and if the rapture happens in our life time you will be caught up in the air with jesus and the believers and if you are saved and if your lost you will be left behind. so choose jesus and today is the day of our salvation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are not promised another day. so choose jesus and pray to accept jesus as your lord and savior while there is still time and jesus is the way and there is no other. go to church this sunday and go to the alter in your city or home town and or in the countryside and pray to accept jesus as lord and savior and tell your pastor or preacher also when the alter call comes or in your phews. please do not delay and god loves you and has an wonderful plan for your life and soul and if you just believe him and accept jesus as your lord and savior and tell your pastor preacher or even someone in your home today. jesus is coming soon and we do not know the day or the hour but the bible tell us that he is coming soon and i believe even at the door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from josh walker
