Nice! I just got a bleeding zombie head today. The motor was drenched with the blood and just got warm when I activated it. I ordered the parts so I’m hoping I can get it working again.
I purchased the same motor pump that you used for this item, however, it doesn’t seem powerful enough to pump the liquid (I have the wires connected correctly). Any idea why this might be happening?
Yeah, I've been trying to figure out why that's the case. I'm guessing the pump that I ordered is weaker than the original one. I will be making an update video and better fixing video when I find a stronger pump.
Awesome video and awesome repair
thanks
Quite an informative repair video. I was debating on whether or not these bleeding props were even fixable!

Best of luck to you.
I've always heard that there was a way to fix these, but I never was able to find it. Now I can actually get one off eBay.
Thanks for doing this I’m getting a skull that has blood in it and the blood probably doesn’t work so I can just do this
I have a question do you do the same for the bleeding skull head
I don't have a bleeding skull head to test, but I believe it's the same mech. Hopefully it works out for you!
