I love just how fucking into it Thom gets during some of these live performances. This, 15 Step at the Grammy's, National Anthem at this same performance, Lotus Flower from the basement. Thom just knows that what they're doing is pure genius.
How about that breakdown at 3:35 though... stops on a sixpence. And that guitar riff. Colin's BASS WORKOUT is the BEST. Finger freaking good. What a track.
I might be wrong I might be wrong I could have sworn I saw a light coming on I used to think I used to think There is no future left at all I used to think Open up, begin again Let's go down the waterfall Think about the good times Never look back Never look back What would I do? What would I do? If I did not have you? Open up and let me in Let's go down the waterfall Have ourselves a good time It's nothing at all Nothing at all Nothing at all
I love both versions, but I agree about the studio version reverb comment ^. It's just perfect and transcending in every way. I never thought I'd see them live living just outside of Nashville until this little music festival came to town. Their performances at Bonnaroo were the best thing I've ever experienced in live music and I'm a live music junkie. Was able to experience the first 10 years of Bonnaroo. I'd go every year if I could. It's just down the road from me it's a shame I don’t make it happen, but life gets in the way. This is my favorite Radiohead song, hands down.
that's what i think of almost every song in their most experimental albums. i think ok computer is their best in studio, but watching the kid a album being played live beats everything in the universe.
@@PetrisonRocha this is my favourite song off amnesiac. Though there are other splendid moments e.g. pyramid song, pkt like sardines, and morning bell (though I prefer kid a version)
The best! This interpretation of the song has everythingm Rock'nRoll, Steady, Stoner Rock, Depressive, etc.... One of the best music demonstrations ever.

@iloveroxasaxeldemyx you would cry. its an intense experience.they might not be your favorite band now but just go see them once - you might change your mind about that!! BEST band ever.
I used to think no band was perfect, but I've been thinking; I might be wrong...
Beatles, Radiohead, Joy Division, Ziggy Stardust and the spiders, Pink Floyd (before roger left), Led Zep, Smiths, I could go on
+John Doe it was a joke if u didn't know
Eoghanii The Smiths had a terrible vocalist
Rolling Stone u fucking wot m8. Don't diss morrissey pleb
@@lcddrownd874 I don't know I think lyrics are better than Instrumentation when talking about The Smiths
I love Thom's little smirks when he knows what they're playing is the shit
the smirk that I noticed is because he messed the lyrics up a bit and was laughing at it. "I swore I 'swaw' a light coming on" 0:40
@@JasonBhoy7 lol
I won tickets and was in the audience. It was mind blowing. Not sure I’ve ever recovered. UTTER LEGENDS. Colin’s bass work here is so nimble and mint.
You were in the audience? Damn, lucky.
I can’t understand how Colin Greenwood hardly ever crops up in discussions of the best bassists in contemporary music.
Man Amnesiac translates so well live. It's like they have two versions of every album: the studio version and the live version.
Micah Buzan You are literally everywhere.
Shammo Hamid so are you 😂
I prefer the live version
@@User-xw6kd he might be paranoid but he is not android
Everywhere
This is the Greenwood brothers at their best

ladies and gentlemen, the Greenwood brothers!
orgasmic bass from Mr Greenwood
Revisiting this, I now recognize Thom's smile as he sings, he's such a great and influential singer.
Colin, king of the bass guitar
This song's bass line seriously doesn't receive enough attention.
Bass is not guitar
@@ayshu1241 They are literally called bass guitars. WTF?
Every time I clicked a time stamp from the comments I just rewatched from there. What a phenomenal fucking band
The ending is just perfect. Timing & coordination. Just flawless...
Hi I recommend an indie song and video called 'Looking Into The Mirror' By Robert Nix
How about that breakdown at 3:35 though... stops on a sixpence. And that guitar riff. Colin's BASS WORKOUT is the BEST. Finger freaking good. What a track.
the tempo of this version is sooooo much better than the studio version.
i love the scraping and tearing on my left from Ed !
And the tambourine.
Album version fits the album better.
Not a fan
I like it a bit slower. This version is still great but feels like they're trying to rush thru the song or something

100%
At first, I thought you were wrong. But not, I was wrong. You are right.
Yup !!!
I’m 37 years old and I knew of RH in my teenage years. Never recovered of the greatness in their lyrics and profund meaning.
Simply the best song by the best band ever

Thom is mind-blowing!!
I like this version of "I Might Be Wrong" better than the original.

greatest breakdown in a song. ever.
The perfect version of this song. I enjoy it very much.
If that tambourine flew out of Thom's hand... imagine the damage it would do. Someone would be a little shorter...
Oh my god this is a version of i might be wrong that i never thought I'd have, but i really need
The waves go out and come in again.
I wish I knew what it said in the studio version.
Kim Philipp Möllgaard it’s “Come back to me again”
Thanks
That STOP at the end had a lot of ghost notes... LOVED IT!
0:57 Ed ‘loving’ his guitar just in the right way that it needs to be loved.
Yeah he's hitting it with his love 😂
This is the greatest live performance that exists with a video accompaniment.

I love turnin my amp loud as hell put it to the setting that sounds exactly like Johnny and play this. I was supposed to see them in Toronto too:(
Grazie
2:25 Colin is on fire!! Haha
I think their crew technician started working with Radiohead around this time. R.I.P. Scott Johnson
1:55 was the same camera angle as the bridge in stairway to heaven live in MSG, but way cooler.
this is the version they used in that live album
How is this now 21 years ago.
Best angry Radiohead. Just performances are great, thief as well. But, ultimately, this is it. Somebody show me otherwise.
FUCKING AWESOME!

@McBirdec What? In June? Tchocky1984's Polish and I'm pretty sure they write the date properly. (Though I Might Be Wrong.)

Nice shirt johnny!
T-shirt and Jonny without H.
are you a bigger fan because you know how to spell his name?
Всем, кто любит Radiohead, послушайте звуки Му и АукцЫон! Ребята, это нечто..
who is that beautiful lady playing the guitar
This version sounds very very close to album LIVE RECORDINGS 2000
"Boss...I'm sorry I'm late, there was...Radiohead..."
Audio is off slightly
Qué dice Thom al final antes de decir “stop”???
@McBirdec in what way is that wierd?
Man I was supposed to see them on the 16 in Toronto, but they had that fucking stage collapse which killed that guy:( rip to him btw
just a concerned third party
Love POI!
ED
I came here completed self assured, day ruined
I MIGHT Be Wrong :D
Qué dice Thom en minuto 3:00???
Keeping his hand loose
this was 2001, amnesiac was realised in 2001.
how did jonny get that glitch effect ??? 0:16
He shook it off
in wich song they use the cello?
+David Wilson You and whose army
+David Wilson Sorry to be an ass, but that's a double bass. I think Colin also plays it during Pyramid Song live.
