Met my hubby when I slipped and fell in the lobby of our office building...no joke. I laid there on the floor because I was so embarrassed and next I know, I'm being picked up off the floor and the sweetest voice in my ear asked if I was okay, if anything was broken, can I move. I didn't want to look at who picked me up because, well, I was embarrassed. But I did and that was it. That was 13 years ago and as my hubby, I always think about what would not have happened if I got off that floor on my own and kept going.

Love your meeting story. I met my husband at high school and couldn't stand him when I met him. I asked my girlfriend a few days later " why does he keep coming around, I don't even like him!". We will celebrate 37 years May 7th.
Thats is just how my husband and I were ! We HATED each other in school , our families hated each other , my mom and his dad worked together..here we are 35 years later both the babies of the family ! Oct 31st is our actual first date :)

So sweet!! Loved how you met and how you can see the love while telling it!!!! Met my husband while working in a barber shop across the street from his comic book store. He came in for a haircut and it's now 31.5 years married and 37 years together. It's been a MAGICAL JOURNEY ever since!!!

Hey Angela! I’m new to embroidery like 2 weeks, lol! I wanted to know more about you and so I’ve been watching videos. But this one had me crying. You and your hubby met the very day my 11 yo daughter passed away (9:00am). Sad yes, but never in a million years as a quilter I would think I’d like embroidery. So I’ve been watching videos and wanting to do some appliqué all because of your videos. Then to hear your story (we adopted our girls) and to know they day you and hubby met, it just feels like I was drawn to you.
