After that there would be no obstacles. The Govts before him were corrupt too but it was disorganized and random with everyone setting their own rates and chaos. The Govts later and even TRS followed same mode - it's called pay-to-play.
In Andra law, order and judiciary goes for toss.. Just to vacate investor property who is staying illegally.. on average it takes 7-10 years to vacate legally.. No protection for investor properties
