Its easier if you pry the bearing apart (so its in 3 peices) than soak in gas or spray with brake clean, than pack with grease or oil your choice, then reasamble

That dusk cover thing that you take out of the headset with a razor blade has bent for me and wont go back in...
and i have re assembled my scooter and the bearings sound HORRIBLE ;-; Can anyone help please?

the way i 'fix' headset (or wheel) bearings is as follows;
1. remove bearing and seal, like you did.
2. let it sit overnight is some old gas or another grease solvent. maybe a degreaser. Doing this will clean the bearing out, all dirt should be gone.
3. clean it out with a toothbrush, and let it dry! drying is important or the new grease will dissolve aswell
4. grease it, with EP3 ball bearing grease or a similair bearing grease.
5. spin it, to distribute
6. repeate 4 and 5 until bearing is 'full'
7. reassamble
8. Good as new (pretty much)
I never use WD-40, because water displacement formula 40 is not a lubricator....
