I’m not here to bash but did his comment really offend you?
Folks need to realize that this is an entertainment product. The forces involved in preventing one team from being dominant are strong ones. The Salary Cap + the Flat Cap during COVID did their part to dismantle this team and weaken it while making other teams stronger.
We had to deal with Flat Cap + Expansion Draft. We lost an entire 3rd line and an absolute rock in McDonagh. Challenge any team to pull off what the Bolts have done.
Coop is human. But unlike a lot of people, taking accountability for a very rare statement for him, considering he has so much respect for everyone and class. Starting out the way he did is respectful and the class act Coop is. Couldn’t ask for a better coach!! We love Coop!!! 🙌🏼👏🏼👏🏼💙⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️

I have a lot of respect for Coach Cooper and the salary cap is a PITA for teams trying to repeat and get back. I really don't care if we have one player breaking a record if we go home after the 1st round. Lets not forget Vassy wasn't his normal self this season and we really didn't have much of a defense. Worst of all, the no look/terrible passing needs a cure. It's been like this for a long time -- no crisp puck passing. Maybe it is time for some players to move on, and I'm thankful to the ones we have, but we miss players like Maroon, Killorn and many other stalwarts that led to both cups. You just can't win win you're giving up goals like a leaky faucet. Not bangin on our coach, it's just the effect of the salary cap, but we really do need to stop playing so loose with the puck. We gave up way too many short handed goals. The salary cap sucks.

Am i the only one really angry that during his apology about his skirts comment that he said he felt worse about that comment than the series loss? Like you can be sorry without going that far.. imagine seeing that as a player or a diehard fan, realizing the guy cared for about his personal image than the team. Wasn't even that bad of a comment, uncalled for and rude yes, but not as bad as he made it to be. Sometimes people slip up, you can take a lil rude remark twitter

Don’t. Ever. Apologize. We know what you said and you made your point. If they made you apologize for that then screw them. They don’t care anyways. You will get a job anywhere else if they won’t let you stay if you don’t apologize. Cooper you have a good team and you coach a good system. You just ran into a bob wall.
Panthers fan here. Coop is awesome. Not even wrong with his original take. The first interference was the right call but the second should have been a goal on the ice and the review definitely should have overturned. But just in general a class act and amazing coach.

@@RacekorStuff They are allowed to “make contact” when going for the puck, but it isnt all out checking. Cooper isnt wrong. Men and Women arent equal that's why they play in different leagues...
